Side By Side – Give Us Your Feedback
We are proud of the service we provide to our local community, through providing specialist palliative care for patients and support for their families. However without the input of those who utilise our services, we can’t know what we do well, or what we could improve on.
Our Side By Side strategy details how we go about getting feedback and comments within the Hospice, but we want anyone who has been in contact with our service to be able to let us know how we did.
If you have any feedback – good or bad – about the service we provide (be it care, treatment, accommodation, communication, catering, cleanliness) please do let us know so that we can act on this and incorporate it into our ways of working. We continually strive to maintain our high standards and with your help, we can.
