We are delighted that so many people throughout Edinburgh run their own fantastic events for us throughout the year. 

 Just a few examples are:

1. ‘250 Dresses’ – a great party at which guests were invited to wear their old wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or special party frock

2.  A sponsored shave – ask your friends to sponsor you to shave off your beard or hair

3. Bowling competitions

4. Golf competitions

5. An open gardens day

6. A concert – the students of Stevenson College organized ‘StevensonLIVE’ which allowed them to showcase their talents and to raise money for the Hospice

7. A race night or darts competition in your local pub

8. A pub quiz

It is always fun to get friends and family together for a party or to ask them to sponsor you to do something out of the ordinary.
