We’re delighted to announce that our Tunes with Tea project won an award at the Building Better Health Care Awards 2021!

The ceremony held in central London, recognises excellence in healthcare architecture, estates and facilities management, interior design and product innovation.

St Columba's Hospice Care won the category for Best Collaborative Arts Project (Performance) for our innovative ‘Tunes with Tea' project. The weekly online music appreciation group is facilitated by our music therapist Giorgos Tsiris and hosted online via Zoom video call.

This is the second time the Hospice has been recognised by the awards ceremony, in 2019 we were nominated for our ‘Songwriting for Grief’ project in collaboration with Fischy Music and Victoria Primary School and won Best Collaborative Arts Project (Performance) and the Patient’s Choice Award!
