We won’t be getting together in person this year, but it is lovely that we can still mark the start of the festive season with Light Up a Life, and give our support to each other as we reflect and remember our loved ones.
We will miss congregating in Charlotte Square Gardens this year for our annual Light Up a Life event. However, we hope you enjoy this special online service which shares video footage of our beautiful trees in Edinburgh and Haddington, shining out their lights in our community. Our service features messages from staff at the hospice, readings and a very special performance by singer/ songwriter Elle Exxe, who tells us her St Columba’s story.

If any patients or family members in our in-patient unit would like to view the service online, members of staff would be delighted to help you do this using the hospice i-pads.
The Light Up a Life online service is also available from 6pm on Friday 11th December to Monday 14th December via the Hospice’s Facebook page.
