“It brightens you up a bit and it takes away what you are feeling within yourself… it’s very therapeutic.”

Recently we welcomed the STV News team to the Hospice to meet the therapet dogs bringing joy to our patients, staff and volunteers. The dogs are known as therapets, which means they come to the Hospice to provide therapy for patients. The lovely dogs come in to the hospice with their owners and spend time in our day therapies lounge and on our inpatient unit.
