By volunteering in one of our eight shops across Edinburgh and East Lothian, you can be at the heart of our fundraising activities and make a real difference to your local community.

All our Hospice shops are keen to hear from volunteers who can spare a few hours. You’ll find a list here. We welcome applications from those aged 16 and above in our shops.

Tin Collectors: We are also looking for volunteer tin collectors. Its a great way to support your local Hospice while meeting people in your community. You will look after outlets within your local area at a time that suits you.  We ask that you check outlets every 2-4 months, bringing in any full tins into the Hospice or one of our charity shops. We are currently looking for tin collectors in the following areas: Cramond, Easter Road, Dalkeith Road, top of Leith Walk / Elm Row and Leith.

Fundraising Event Support: We are always looking for people who can help us run our hospice-organised fundraising events. We rely on volunteers to help us deliver fun and exciting events for our supporters to take part in. Events volunteers take on tasks such as registering people as they arrive at an event, marshalling walks or runs, staffing checkpoints and helping with refreshments.
